Restore Purchases
Use this if you changed devices, reinstalled the app, or a pack isn’t unlocking.
- Open milliSolitaire.
- Go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Wait a few seconds for Apple to validate your purchases.
Restore Purchases requires the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Quick Fixes
- Confirm you’re signed into the correct Apple ID in the App Store.
- Check your internet connection (Apple verification may require it).
- Force close the app and reopen.
- Restart your device and try Restore Purchases again.
- Ensure iPadOS/iOS is up to date.
Purchase Levels
milliSolitaire offers four optional purchase levels:
- Classic Pack — core classic games and features.
- Advanced Pack — additional advanced variants and options.
- Expert Pack — expert-level variants and challenges.
- Variants Pack — extra variants beyond the included set.
Replace the descriptions above with your exact pack contents to match your in-app storefront.
Refunds
Refunds and purchase disputes are handled by Apple.
If you request a refund, Apple may revoke access to the refunded purchase.
If Restore Purchases doesn’t resolve the issue, email support and include the details below.
